Clarity People Solutions Director – Lisa Price – is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and has over 20 years’ experience of working in HR. Lisa is a versatile self-motivated HR professional with strong customer focus and a professional and credible presence. Lisa was Group Human Resources director for a multi-site financial services company and is used to providing and implementing practical solutions that work and deliver tangible results.
Lisa has successfully delivered employee branding initiatives and culture change programmes. She is Level A and B qualified (British Psychological Society) to carry out psychometric tests and is also accredited to run many of the TMS (Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile) questionnaires which offer a valuable insight into team dynamics and who work well together.
